The Johari Window

by Saju Joseph on January 15, 2009

I learnt about Johari Window in my Management classes and found it very intersting, just recently I came across this online Johari window tool that helped me discover myself to some extent :) … as you can see the entries are not many.

The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.Here is the result of my Johari window Analysis … You can create yours too, its EASY.
